Fastest route: a support request

If your question is about an order, opening a support request is the fastest route — the order number, payment status and delivery history are attached automatically, so we do not have to ask you for them.

Opening a request requires an account. Without one you can still see an order's status on the order tracking page.

• Your order number (it starts with ORD-)
• The email address you used when ordering
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

What not to send

We never ask for your social media password, and we ask that you never send one in a support message either. If we receive one we delete it and recommend that you change it.
