Refund policy
Last updated September 1, 2026
This policy governs refunds on paid orders and forms part of the terms of service.
Short version
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Order never started / not delivered | Full refund |
| Partially delivered | Refund for the undelivered part |
| Fully delivered | No refund |
| Target account made private or deleted | No refund |
| Wrong link supplied | No refund |
| Drop on a guaranteed service | Refill first; proportional refund if refill is impossible |
| Drop on a service without a guarantee | No refund |
1. Orders that were not delivered
If an order could not reach the provider, or reached it but never started, the full amount paid is refunded. You do not have to tell us: failed orders are flagged by the system and reviewed.
2. Partial delivery
Where an order completed only partly, the refund covers the undelivered quantity, calculated from the order's unit price and rounded down in the customer's favour.
Example: on an order of 1,000 units where 850 were delivered, the value of the remaining 150 is refunded.
3. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued as site credit by default; credit is applied automatically to your next order and does not expire. Ask in your support request if you would rather have the money back on the card.
Card payments are refunded to the card used, and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. How to request a refund
Open a support request and include your order number. A refund must be requested within 7 days of the order completing or failing. Requests are resolved within 72 hours. If the order is still running, we wait for delivery to finish — refunding mid-delivery does not undo the part already delivered.
5. Abuse
Repeated unfounded refund requests, or chargebacks on delivered orders, result in the account being suspended.
6. Exclusions
The following are outside the refund policy:
- A platform removing delivered interactions (on services without a guarantee)
- A platform restricting or closing the account
- The customer changing the target while the order is running
- Custom requests outside the minimum and maximum shown on the service card
