Frequently asked questions

Last updated September 1, 2026

Do I have to give you my password?

No. No service ever requires your social media password. Everything works from the public link to your profile or post. If a site asks for your login, close it.

How long until my order starts?

Each service card shows an estimated start time. Most orders begin within minutes; at busy times it takes longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays on the supplier's side reach us the same way they reach you.

What if my account is private?

The target account or post must stay public for the whole order. Delivery to a private account is not possible, and in that case the order is not refunded, because the supplier has already charged for it.

What if followers or likes drop?

Some services carry a refill guarantee, and its length is shown on the card. If a guaranteed service drops, open a support request and we will file the refill claim. On services without a guarantee, a drop is not grounds for a refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards. Payment is taken on PayTR's secure payment page; your card details never reach us.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can order as a guest and your tracking link arrives by email. An account keeps your order history in one place, and earlier orders placed with the same email are attached to it automatically.

How do I track my order?

Every order gets a tracking number (ORD-XXXXXXXXXX). On the order tracking page you can enter the number and your email to see the status, the start count and the remaining amount.

Can I get a refund?

Yes for orders that were not delivered. Partial deliveries are refunded for the undelivered part. Completed orders are not refunded. See the refund policy for the details.

Could this put my account at risk?

The interactions you buy may breach a platform's own rules, and the platform may remove them or act against your account. That risk is entirely yours. We never hold your password, so we have no access to your account — but we also cannot influence what a platform decides.
